Summer is my favorite time of year, not only because I love the warm weather, but I finally have time to read. I'm currently reading "Open" Andre Agassi's autobiography. The stuff this guy went through and overcame is incredible. And he actually hates tennis?

Apartment Garden

I'm staying in Bloomington this summer, and since I wont have my parents lovely yard to plant a garden in, I am planting an apartment garden. This means everything I grow has to be potted and sit on the porch. Instead of the wildlife threatening plants back home, I just have to keep my plants safe from drunk college kids. I'm growing tomatoes, lettuce, green peppers, jalapenos, lettuce, sweet peas, basil, oregano, and cilantro. Hopefully I don't kill them and I'll be enjoying fresh veggies soon!
